A general description of how disability and medical diagnoses are often categorized.
A resource to provide clarity on the difference between a disability diagnosis and the nature of a disability.
This infographic shows the different categories for apparent and non-apparent disabilities or medical conditions. For example a diagnosis of ADHD or Autism Spectrum Disorder would be categorized under Neurological; a diagnosis of Depression or Anxiety would be categorized under Mental Health. This infographic helps distinguish between a diagnosed disability/medical condition and the nature of the diagnosis.
