This infographic indicates the key research findings on the mental health disclosure experiences of post-secondary students transitioning into a career setting. Not surprisingly, 80% participants experienced high levels of fear when faced with a decision to disclose a mental health challenge to an employer. Fear of stigma and being overlooked for promotions and other employment opportunities is a big factor. 19% of participants indicated they were likely to request an accommodation.
